  • 60’ DB Waiters Walk – 30’ each arm
  • 3 Tall Jerk from Forehead

WOD

For max DISTANCE – Partners will alternate intervals
12-minute running clock
  • 3 minutes of Rowing each partner
  • 2 minutes of Rowing each partner
  • 1 minute of Rowing each partner
Partners will switch @ the intervals designated above and keep a running distance total
